Open Asana on your web browser or app. In the upper-right corner of the screen, press the + button. Select Invite. Choose Invite with link. Press Copy link.
Then, forward this link to your prospective teammate, so they can go through the sign-up process with their preferred log-in details.

Should you find yourself on the road without your laptop in hand, it’s also possible to add your teammates through the Asana app for iOS and Android.
To accomplish this, you can either add a teammate from your contacts or by email address. Here’s how to do both.
Open your Asana mobile app. Tap Account. Under organizations, select Invite next to your team’s name. Pick from your contacts the teammate you want to invite, or type their email address. Tap Choose a team (required) and select the team you would like to add your new members in. Alternatively, you can also tap Choose a project to grant access to specific boards for your new teammate.
