Here’s how to add the clock back on a multi-monitor Windows 11 system.
How to Add the Clock to the Secondary Taskbar in Windows 11
To add the clock to all your taskbars in Windows 11, you can use the free program ElevenClock. It is available on Github, and you can install it like any other Windows program.
It is a simple app that adds the clock back to your secondary displays. It also features some customization options you can play with. Before we get to that, however, let’s look at how to install ElevenClock.
To install the app, head over to the ElevenClock Github page. Scroll down to the Assets section and click on EvelnClock. Installer. exe to download the installer. Run the installer and complete the installation. If everything went right, you should see the clock in the secondary taskbar as well.
EvelenClock will auto-configure itself to run at startup, so you don’t have to manually enable the clock after restart.
If the clock appears in the middle of your main display, open the app setting and scroll down to Fixes and other experiment features. Here, select Alternative clock alignment to show the clock at the left of the screen.
To hide or close the clock, right-click on the clock and select the appropriate options. Additionally, you can configure the app to show only the time or date as well to match the aesthetic of your system.
By default, the clock does not display seconds, but you can tweak the settings to make it work. Furthermore, you can also customize the appearance, orientation, content, and other general settings.
