How to Add a Website to Your Favorites List
When you frequently access a website and don’t want to enter its URL every time, add the website to your Favorites list.
Open Microsoft Edge and go to the site you want to add to your Favorites list. Select the Star icon in the address bar. Alternatively, press Ctrl+D to create a new favorite, or go to Favorites > Add Current Tab to Favorites on the menu bar. Rename the favorite (if you want to), and choose a folder to save it in. Select Done. The website is added to your Favorites list.
How to Display Favorites Under the Address Bar
If you want easier access to your favorites, have favorites show up under the address bar.
Select the Favorites icon (the star with three bars) at the top of Edge. Select the three dots under your Favorites. Select Show Favorites bar. Select Always, then select Done.
Access Your Reading Lists Items
Legacy Microsoft Edge offered a tool called Reading Lists, which allowed you to store articles and other web content for future viewing. The new Edge doesn’t have this feature. However, after you upgrade, you can access your Reading List items in the Other Favorites folder.
